| The remit of the Policy Development Panel is to consider the implications of the Local Governance Review, to develop a response to the Local Governance Review consultation for Executive approval, and to make recommendations. This is the first meeting of the Panel. The panel will be provided with background and context to the Local Governance Review and agree the scope of the its work and arrange its work schedule. The agenda will be:- 1. Background and context a. Report to the Executive on 14 August 2018 b. Minute Extract Executive 14 August 2018 c. Briefing Note 2. Draft scoping document 3.
