The visit will not involve any hearing element nor any discussion of the merits of the application. This is in accordance with the decisions taken by the Planning Review Committee of 21 May 2024 and the Planning Committee of 12 June 2024 and is provided for in Standing Order 51.10 (ii) of the Falkirk Council Standing Orders. This site inspection is not subject to the procedures and is not a formal meeting of the Planning Review Committee or Planning Committee.

3	Approximate Time of Arrival on Site: 11.50 a.m. Site to the West of Castlewood, Glen Road, Torwood, P/21/0046/FUL Report by the Chief Governance Officer.
