Are you looking to give up smoking? Then you might be interested in a series of free drop-in clinics that have been arranged to help Council employees give up the habit for good.

Taking place in Camelon Education Centre, the clinics run for the next three Wednesdays (May 15th, 22nd and 29th) between 5pm and 7 pm. Simply turn up and tap into the expert knowledge of NHS staff trained to support you as you stub out smoking.

A pharmacist will also be in attendance at each session who can support you with free nicotine replacement therapy.

Although you don’t have to come along to all clinics, you’ll get the most out of the advice on offer if you attended every one.

If the health benefits aren’t enough to motivate you to give up smoking, then the amount of money you could save might. Use the NHS calculator to see how much your bank balance would benefit from quitting smoking.
