Why do we collect this information?

The information is being collected for the following purposes:

  1. Key contract personnel name and contact details for the purposes of effective contract management & delivery.
  2. Director and significant stakeholder details to verify your declaration of non-involvement in serious organised crime, if requested during our ESPD/tender process.

What information do we collect about you?

We collect business personnel name and contact details (which may be a postal address, email address and/or phone numbers). We also keep copies of your communications with us and our responses.


Where do we collect information from?

We collect information from the response you provide to our ESPD/tender processes.


Who might we share your information with?

We will share your contact information with partners we work with to deliver construction projects, for example externally appointed consultant designers team members working on our behalf. We may also share your contact details with building users or residents affected by contract works.

We may share your information with Police Scotland for the purposed of verifying your declaration of non-involvement in serious organised crime.

The Council has a duty to protect public funds. We may check your information within the Council for verification purposes and/or for the prevention of fraud. We may share your information with other organisations where we are required to do so for the purposes of the prevention or detection of crime.


Will we send your information outwith the UK?

We do not transfer your information outwith the UK.


How long do we keep hold of your information?

Do I have to provide my personal data to you?

The business related personnel information you provide is a contractual requirement, and failure to provide relevant information will result in your tender submission being rendered invalid.


Do you use any automated processes to make decisions about me?

We do not use automated decision making processes.
