Right to buy - Building insurance cover
You should now be in receipt of your policy documentation for the period 15 May 2023 to 14 May 2024.
The Insurer has changed from last year and cover is now provided via Protector Insurance Services.
A copy of the renewal letter and summary of cover are published below, however you can contact us by email at insurance@falkirk.gov.uk (our preferred method), or telephone 01324 506267.
Claims should be reported directly on 0161 823 1912. The policy number is 3178266, and claims are administered by Sedgwick.
