Our emergency repairs service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Emergency repairs will be made where there is a possible risk to the tenant, the public or the environment if the work is not carried out immediately.
We aim to attend emergency repairs within three hours and complete the repair within 24 hours. We will make sure you and your home are safe on our first visit.
This service is for emergency repairs only. If the repair is not an emergency, you may be asked to pay for the work carried out.
