This is the history for the submission "Council congratulates Lauchlan Muir from Bo'ness who has won the Sir Terry Wogan Fundraiser Award. Lauchlan performs as a human statue to collect money for Children in Need. He raised more that £3,500 for this year's appeal and over the years has collected £10,000. Lauchlan success comes in the year that the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations named Bo'ness Scotland's Charity town of the year. Proposed by Councillor A Mahoney".
