This is the history for the submission "(b) Audit Scotland There are identified 'difficulties' regarding the application of the Council's current decision making structures which has led to the non-participation of the elected members of the Opposition. Audit Scotland has already indicated concern and a report is expected in the near future. To acknowledge that this problem exists and that the council are attempting to address it, it would be prudent that the Council take the opportunity to review the supporting administrative systems.
