This is the list of documents available for the submission Scottish Trades union Congress (STUC) and Scottish Government - Memorandum of Understanding Council endorses the recent memorandum of understanding between the Scottish Government and the Scottish Trades Union Congress (STUC) promoting progressive employment practices. Falkirk Council not only welcomes such collaborative working but would wish to make a positive contribution. Officers are therefore instructed to bring forward a report on the STUC's best practice policies and how they relate to Falkirk Council. Proposed by Councillor C Chalmers.
