This is the list of documents available for the submission Children's Hearings - Area Support Team Council notes the reforming of the Children's Hearings current tribunal support model from volunteer led to paid regional and operational roles. This will improve the support structure at Children's Hearings for panel members locally and is designed to make a step change in improving outcomes for infants, children and young people who need it most. Falkirk Council recognises the outstanding and invaluable contributions that have been made by our local Area Support Volunteers, who through their commitment ensured the safe delivery of Children's Hearings. Council wishes to extend our sincere gratitude to the volunteers, and thank them for their dedicated service, especially during the period of Covid 19. Council therefore askes the Chief Executive to write formally a letter of recognition to the Area Support Members and thank them for their valuable service in supporting Children's Hearings Scotland.
