If you are struggling a bit with your personal or work life right now, a new employee assistance service has been launched to help you directly.

Free and confidential, the new service uses trained independent advisors who are there to help you with personal, family or workplace issues. No information is held by or communicated to Falkirk Council.

The service is available by phone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can make an appointment if you want in advance or you can simply have a look at the dedicated website that offers lots of useful and practical information.

Lots of different areas are covered including finance, legal, health, work and for more sensitive and involved issues, trained counsellors can work with you to help your situation.
