Mental health is being talked about more than ever as we all start to realise just how important it is that people feel able to get help when they are struggling.

Despite the conversation becoming much more open, the stigma around mental health still stops people all over the country from reaching out and asking for help when they need it, as they worry about how people will react.

Too many people still face discrimination and prejudice if they say they are struggling with their mental health or have been diagnosed with a mental health condition.

Falkirk Council has signed up to the See Me in Work programme, to identify any issues that exist in our organisation and address them, to improve the mental health and wellbeing of all our staff.

We want to find out about your views and experiences. To do this, we’re asking you to complete this short and anonymous survey that will help us get a better insight into how people are managing their mental health and wellbeing.

This will help everyone get a better of understanding of what is needed to help anyone struggling and plan our support services better in the future.
