Following the last Executive Committee, there were a number of new and updated policies agreed upon. The following webpages have been updated to reflect the agreed policies, please see the below for information: 

Policies - Hybrid working policy: this policy has been created to replace the Hybrid Working Guidance.  

How to - Request a hybrid working pattern: this is guidance is linked to the Hybrid Working Policy and outlines the process required for employees and managers.   

How to - Undertake a workstation risk assessment: this is guidance outlines the responsibilities for both employees and managers for workstation risk assessments, with links to relevant learning modules and checklists.

How to - Manage overpayments: this is updated guidance into the new ‘How To’ format, making it more user-friendly. 

How to - Manage vibrations at work: this is updated into the new ‘How To’ format, with no change to the process.
