This e-learning package is an excellent way to provide basic equality training to employees. It covers all aspects of diversity and includes supplementary items such as news articles and case studies. The package has been customised to link to the Council's internal policies and other relevant information.

Employees can access this training from their own desks or from the Learning Resources Centre at Municipal Buildings for those employees who do not have access to PCs in their workplace. The module takes approximately 1½ hours to complete and can be completed in stages, therefore less time will be spent away from work.
