More than 15k Falkirk Council homes will soon benefit from an eight-year programme to replace doors and windows.

£56m will be invested over the first four years of the contract with two companies recently appointed to carry out the work.

Replacement doors and windows will be thermally efficient and low maintenance.

Sidey Solutions will carry out the work in the West and Central areas with DCL Joiner and Construction in the East.

Contractors will be writing to Council tenants directly from September to arrange appointments to carry out measurement surveys with installation work starting in January 2022.
