These fees are for civil partnership registration with or without ceremony.
Additional guest fees for civil partnerships (set by Falkirk Council)
With effect from 01 April 2015 the fees set by us are:
In addition to the above statutory fees, we charge for an authorised Registrar to conduct a civil partnership ceremony within a Falkirk Council Ceremony Suite with guests (this excludes civil partners and 2 witnesses).

Additional Fees for Civil Partnership set by Falkirk Council
In addition to the above statutory fees, we charge for an authorised Registrar to conduct a civil partnership registration (with or without a ceremony) within an approved venue or Falkirk Council Ceremony Suite outwith normal working hours.
A non-refundable booking fee deposit of £100 is required at time of booking; however, the deposit will be deducted from the attendance fee on submission of your legal paperwork.
There is a concession available to those on means tested income related state benefits.

A civil partnership booking form must be completed and a non-refundable deposit of £100 is to be made when you book your civil partnership registration. The deposit will be deducted from the attendance fee when you submit your legal paperwork.
