In accordance with the Representation of the People Act 1983 and the Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013, Falkirk Council has undertaken a review of its polling districts and polling places.

The purpose of the review was to ensure that all electors in the Falkirk Council area have reasonable facilities for voting and that, as far as is reasonable and practicable, every polling place is accessible to all electors, including those with a disability. Public consultation took place during October to December 2023, with representations from interested parties.

The review is now complete.
