Training will be information based, with some interaction, and will cover the following issues:
- Evidence skill in making inquiries into a new adult protection referral.
- Write an Action Plan to cover all areas of an inquiry.
- Describe the need for investigative interview skills.
- Prepare for an interview.
- Conduct and record an investigative interview.
This course is aimed at:
- All Council Officers
- Social Workers
- Mental Health Officers
In addition to the above staff it may also be appropriate for key staff from partner agencies to attend.
