This module is aimed at providing managers with the practical skills required to undertake disciplinary investigations. It is essential that managers attending this course complete, in advance, the e-learning Managing Discipline and Grievance at Work course which will provide an understanding of the key elements of the Council's Discipline and Grievance Policies.

By the end of the session you will be able to:

• Understand appropriate sources of information to be gathered as part of an investigation process
• Produce a report on investigation findings.
