The councils Dignity at Work policy aims to promote a safe, healthy and fair environment for all employees, free from harassment and bullying. It is important to create a safe working environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

This course will:

• Highlight the impact of bullying.
• Discuss support available for employees.
• Highlight the responsibilities of all employees and managers in creating and maintaining a safe place to work.
