At Falkirk Council we have to ensure we deliver our services to meet the changing needs of our customers.

This is an introduction for the ‘Leading People Through Change’ course. It is important to understand haw and why we are changing as a Council, to understand what kind of Council we need to be. You will then look into understanding people’s reaction to change and how you can get involved and contribute to change.
