Public services should be fit and available for everyone. Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people should be able to experience the same level of service as everyone else.

The first section of this is provided by Stonewall Scotland and is designed with frontline staff in mind, although this training is available for all staff.

The two sections of this training is focussed on how you can make the service user journey more equal for everyone by understanding the potential issues faced by this group, and how we can improve our service access for all groups within our community.
