This training includes 8 modules including scenarios to check your knowledge. These sections will focus on understanding what coaching is and the benefits of using it to you as a line manager. This course will then move on to building your capability and confidence in using coaching to develop your team and how to identify and overcome barriers to coaching a team or an individual.
