The Risk Management course has been split into two separate packages:

• Risk Management - Council Introduction
• Risk Management - HSCP / IJB Introduction

Individuals and employees at all levels consider risks on a daily basis. When considering risks at work we have to ensure that we are delivering safe and effective services by taking well informed risks when necessary.

Throughout this course you will identify the principals of risk management, understand the Councils approach to managing risk, and most significantly understanding your role in managing risk.
