This e-learning course helps you to understand when your Code of Conduct will apply.

 


The Code does not apply in respect of your private and personal life, but it does apply:

  • IN ALL SITUATIONS and
  • AT ALL TIMES 

Where:

  • You are acting as a councillor / member.
  • You have referred to yourself as a councillor / member; and
  • You could objectively be considered to be acting as a councillor / member.
