With preparations well underway to empty Municipal Buildings ready for closure, a selection of used furniture is available to all employees for use in other offices or to work from home.

The variety of items available include:

  • Desks 
  • Pedestals
  • Wheeled desk chairs (limited number available)
  • Filing cabinets
  • Storage and display cabinets 
  • Bookcases
  • Uplighters, desk and floor standing fans (must be PAT tested upon receipt and before use)

There are also many used ring binders available in various sizes.  These might be useful for secondary pupils to help with course work.

To request an item or for more information contact angela.smith@falkirk.gov.uk by 10 September 2021 at the latest.  You will have to arrange to collect and transport any items from Municipal Buildings.    

Any items remaining after this date will be offered to our third sector partners.
