Achievements

Fit for the Future:

• Ollie eLearning managers course has been updated
• Desk Booking App now live in a number of areas
• New digital CCTV monitoring system is live and roll out of fixed cameras has commenced
• 70% of telecare users have been updated to a digital system

Finance

• Savings reports have been produced from Integra for the Innovation projects and shown in the dashboard

Zero-based budgeting Project

• New Innovation project will initially focus on Transport Expenses, with future phases on Transport Planning and Children's Services.

Change Fund Resource

• Recruitment to commence for Digital Communities project resource
