Following on from recent discussions at a national level, the Council is working to implement the SJC and Chief Officer pay awards in employees’ November pay. This will involve implementing new pay rates and backdating the April 2023 element of award – see SJC salary scales. Any further adjustment (as explained in the COSLA guidance) is pending acceptance by UNISON who are now balloting their members on this. Further detailed communication on the pay award will be issued once this is available from COSLA

We are still awaiting confirmation of the Craft Award. As such Craft employees won’t see any increase in their November pay
