Falkirk Council has now received the SJC Pay Circular.

The pay increase will be applied to October salaries, with an increase of either £0.67 per hour or 3.6%, whichever is higher.

This increase will be backdated to 1st April 2024.

We have agreed with the Trade Unions that the uplift will also be applied to those on Craft conditions, pending receipt of the pay circular for this bargaining group.

We are still waiting for the final pay circular for Teachers.
