Where can naming ceremonies be held
The Registrars' team will be relocating soon due to the closure of our current base, the Burgh Buildings in Falkirk.
Please note the following changes to our services:

Weddings and other ceremonies will take place at Callendar House from 01 April 2025.

All other registration services will be provided at Falkirk Library from 01 May 2025. Registrations are by appointment only.

Registration office
There is one registration office available for naming ceremonies in the Falkirk Council area. For a list of all approved venues, please visit the National Records of Scotland website or see the venues listed below.
The Falkirk Registration Office is located in the heart of Falkirk's town centre.
This historical venue has an elegant and recently refurbished ceremony room.
It is suitable for up to 40 guests and has full disabled access with car parking facilities nearby.
