Free energy advice sessions are on offer this month at Falkirk Council's One Stop Shops.

An advisor from Energy Saving Scotland advice centre (ESSac) will offer impartial energy advice on:

the Energy Assistance Package

• fuel debt advice,
• priority service register and,
• how to switch to another energy supplier.

A representative from the Older Persons Advice Project will also be on hand to provide information on income maximisation and the local agencies which can give them specific advice.
