Tenants to be contacted for 2021 Satisfaction Survey

Falkirk Council tenants are to be asked for their views on Housing Services. 

The 2021 Tenant Satisfaction Survey will run between October and December this year.

Market research specialists Research Resource will be randomly telephoning 1,000 Falkirk Council tenants to gather feedback about the service provided by Housing Services.

Amongst other things, tenants will be interviewed for their opinions on:

  • The Council as a landlord
  • Being kept informed about housing services
  • Opportunities for them to participate in their landlords’ decisions
  • The repairs and maintenance service
