The Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 requires each local authority to publish its Housing Renewal Area Policy. Our current Housing Renewal Area Policy (DOCX 492KB) was an appendix to our 2011-2016 Local Housing Strategy (LHS). This strategy has been superseded by our Local Housing Strategy 2023-28.
We recognise that this policy requires to be reviewed. We plan to review this document in 2026/27. This is outlined in our LHS Monitoring and Evaluation Framework LHS Monitoring and Evaluation Framework.
