Summerford House is a purpose built residential care home for 27 older people.
The home is divided into 4 living-areas; each area equipped with its own single bedrooms,
lounge and kitchen area.
Although we continue to care for our existing permanent residents, all admissions to Summerford are part of our reablement programme offering
intermediate care in partnership with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapist support from
the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership.
The home is set within its own garden space with outdoor seating.
If you would like to know more about the care home or the service it provides you
should contact your local social work office
or alternatively contact the care home manager who would be happy to meet with you.
