How to pay your rates

Set up paperless billing

It only takes a few minutes to fill in the form and to help make a difference.

You will need the following:

  • Your Falkirk Council 8 digit Business Rates account reference number on your latest bill
  • The name of your business as shown on your latest bill
  • The postcode of the business premises

Direct debit

Direct debit is the easiest way to pay. You can apply to pay your Business Rate by Direct Debit online:

You can pay online using a debit card. Please have your account number (as shown on your bill, invoice, or reminder) to hand.

You should contact us on 01324 506966 or revenues9@falkirk.gov.uk if you wish to pay by this method.

By telephone

Please make your payment online.

If you can't pay online, we have an automated telephone line and an assisted payment line.

You will need to have your account number details when you call.
