Grangemouth town centre regeneration

As part of our plans to regenerate Grangemouth Town Centre, we must allow possible developers to submit any plans they have for the town centre to us. This must be done under the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2006.

We have received submissions from two prospective developers. Their plans were assessed but are not being progressed at this stage.

We are currently reviewing the Town Centre Regeneration Strategy to identify new opportunities for the town centre.

Two major projects, The Helix and the Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) scheme, have the potential to grow the area's economic activity.
