The John Muir Way runs along Bo’ness Foreshore giving visitors excellent views of the Forth. The path runs along the rear of an industrial estate and through a former ship breakers yard which is now managed for wildlife by Buglife and a team of volunteers. The seating along the foreshore was inspired by seats on the SS Belgenland, one of the ships that ended its days at the ship breakers yard.
