We are a major provider of rented houses and lock-up garages in the Falkirk area.
Rent is charged every week from the 1st Monday in April. There are 2 periods that you won't be charged rent:
- Falkirk trade summer holiday (can fall between 24 June – 13 July)
- Christmas/New Year period (can fall between 23 December – 11 January)
If you pay monthly these 'no charge' periods are spread over the full financial year and you will pay 4 weeks rent per month (total of 48 weeks per year).
You will be sent a letter every February confirming your annual rent and another letter in March confirming the amount that you have to pay.
