Are you:
- a local employer, private SME or third sector organisation?
- looking to expand your workforce, creating new and additional jobs?
- interested in providing fair work in a diverse and inclusive workplace?
If you answered yes to these questions, then Falkirk Council Employment and Training Unit (ETU) may be able to provide help with wages costs during that crucial first 6 months of employment.
Employer Recruitment Incentives (ERIs) are available to positively contribute to a fairer, more inclusive economy and to help address many of the deep-seated challenges of inequality and disadvantage within the Scottish labour market.
To put it simply, ERIs can help businesses expand their workforce and help local people progress into fair work.
