Are you, or someone you know, aged 16-24 and any of the following:
- Unemployed (excluding those in full time education)
- About to leave school without a positive destination
- School leaver without a positive destination
- In low paid employment
- At risk of redundancy
- At risk of losing an apprenticeship
- Leaving training, volunteering, college or university without a positive destination
- Low skilled
- Without qualifications at SCQF 5 or above
- Underemployed
If yes, Falkirk Council Employment and Training Unit can help and here's how:
- Providing enhanced key worker support to identify and overcome barriers to employment
- Offering accredited skills and vocational training to help you on your journey into work
- Accessing volunteering and work placements to help you get the experience you need
- Help with digital skills training and access to suitable equipment
- Help with building confidence and self esteem
- Supporting you into employment or self-employment, with ongoing in-work support to help you keep working towards your goals
