Data protection
Falkirk Council Licensing Board is subject to data protection legislation and is a data controller. The Board is registered with the Information Commissioner under registration number ZA752398.
Falkirk Council's Data Protection Officer (DPO) is also the DPO for the Licensing Board and can be contacted by email on data.protection@falkirk.gov.uk.
The Licensing Board follows the Council's policies on data protection.

The Licensing Board is subject to the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011. The Board's arrangements for dealing with its public records are set out in its joint Records Management Plan with Falkirk Council. The Board follows the Council's policies on records management.
